Paneer Bread Roll is mostly liked by people of all age groups. It can be used as a very delicious easy-to-make evening snack.This recipe is healthy too because it is not deep fried.
Ingredients:
Bread----------------------------------------------4 Slices
Paneer( Cottage Cheese)---------------------------150 gm
Red Chilli Powder----------------------------------1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder------------------------------1/2 tsp
Garam Masala--------------------------------------1/2 tsp
Freshly Chopped Corriander------------------------1 tblsp
Tomato Sauce --------------------------------------1 tsp
Butter-----------------------------------------------50 gm
Salt -------------------------------------------------to taste

Method:
1. Mash the paneer.
2. Add to it red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, freshly chopped corriander.
3. Add tomato sauce.
4. Mix well.
5. Cut the edges of bread slices.
6. Roll the slices as thin as you can.
7. Place 1tsp of the filling and put on one side of bread then roll in from one side to the end.
8. Repeat with the rest of the slices.
