Paneer Potato Cutlets


These fried and spicy cutlets always taste yummy and can make for a quick snack for a party. The stuffing part can be changed, must not be paneer every time, you can always be creative and try for something new.

So here is the recipe :



Ingredients:


Paneer (Cottage Cheese)------------------200gm
Potato-------------------------------------------150gm
Green Chillies--------------------------------2(finely chopped)
Red Chilli Powder---------------------------1/2 tsp
Salt----------------------------------------------to taste
Lemon Juice----------------------------------1 tsp
Garam Masala-------------------------------1/2 tsp
Green Corriander----------------------------1/4 cup
Black Pepper---------------------------------1/2 tsp

Suji (Semolina flour)------------------------2 tblsp
Maida (All purpose flour)-----------------4 tblsp
Salt----------------------------------------------1/4 tsp
Black Pepper---------------------------------1/4 tsp


Method:

1. Boil potatoes.

2. Mash paneer  and potatoes together.

3. Add finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and black pepper powder to the mixture.

4. Add fresh lemon juice and chopped coriander in it.

5. Flatten the mixture and cut in square shapes.


6. Now make a thin paste of suji (Semolina flour), maida (All purpose flour), salt and black pepper.

7. Dip the cutlets in the paste and fry them in the hot oil.

8. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
