Spicy Rolls



Spicy Rolls-This roll is a great way to ensure that your children eat their veggies without making a long face, as they are an easy way to disguise vegetables! 
Noodles cooked with vegetables and lined with sweet and sour sauce will be devoured by your kids in no time at all.
So lets move to the recipe right now ;)



Ingredients:
Besan(Chick pea Flour/Gram Flour)------------1 cup
Fennel Seeds----------------------------------------1 pinch
Ginger Paste-----------------------------------------1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder------------------------------1/2 tsp 
Red Chilli Powder----------------------------------1/2 tsp
Garam Masala--------------------------------------1/2 tsp
Groundnuts------------------------------------------1 tblsp
Green Chillies---------------------------------------2 finely chopped
Cabbage----------------------------------------------1/2 cup
Capsicum---------------------------------------------1/2 cup
Carrot-------------------------------------------------1/2 cup
Green Chilly Sauce----------------------------------2 tblsp
Tomato Sauce----------------------------------------3 tblsp
Noodles(boiled)--------------------------------------1/2 cup
Olive Oil-----------------------------------------------3 tblsp
Processed Cheese------------------------------------2 cubes
Salt-----------------------------------------------------to taste


Method:


1. In the besan add few drops of olive oil, salt, fennel seeds, ginger               
paste, red chilli powder and green chillies.Mix well.


2. Add water and make a batter.


3. To this add half of all the vegetables.


4. Now in another pan put some oil and fry the groundnuts in it.


5. Add the rest of vegetables.


6. Now add the noodles,garam masala,black pepper powder and salt.


7. Heat the non stick pan on medium heat; spread 4 tablespoon full of batter on the pan.


8. Put 1 teaspoon of oil around spread batter. Let it cook on medium heat. After about ½ minute, turn it.


9. Spread green chilly sauce,tomato sauce on one side of chilla.


10. Put the cooked noodles and grated cheese and roll it.


11. Keep it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.


12. Serve the spicy rolls with tomato ketchup.
