Spicy and Tangy Potatoes/ sukhe aloo

 It is one of the most popular and easy to make Indian side dish. It can be served with puri, paratha or roti.

Ingredients:

Potatoes( peeled and boiled )---------------------------------250 gm
Red Chili Powder-----------------------------------------------1/2 tsp

Cumin Seeds-----------------------------------------------------1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder--------------------------------------------------1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder----------------------------------------------1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder/ Amchoor -------------------------------1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander (Chopped)-----------------------------------1/4 cup
Garam Masala--------------------------------------------------1/2 tsp
Salt ---------------------------------------------------------------to taste
Oil-----------------------------------------------------------------2 tbsp


Method:

1. Cut the boiled potatoes in small cubes.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it.

3. When they starts crackling, add cubed potatoes, salt, red chili
    powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well.

4. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Stir occasionally.

5. Now add dry mango powder and again cook for 2 minutes.

6. Lastly add freshly chopped coriander and garam masala, mix
    well.

7. Turn off the heat and serve hot.
